Dispatch & Deliveries Policy
We aim to offer reliable, safe, and timely skip bin deliveries and collections.
1. Delivery Windows
Deliveries are scheduled within agreed timeframes. External factors such as traffic, weather, or access conditions may cause delays. We’ll communicate any changes promptly.
2. Site Access
- Ensure clear access for our trucks at the scheduled time.
- Inform us of height, width, or turning restrictions in advance.
- Pets, gates, or parked vehicles should not obstruct access.
3. Placement of Bins
Bins are placed at your direction, subject to driver discretion for safety and practicality. Placement on public land (roads, verges) may require council permits; obtaining these permits is your responsibility.
4. Collection
Collections occur on the agreed date or earlier by arrangement. Bins must be accessible, not overloaded, and have no items projecting above the rim.
5. Failed Delivery/Collection
Where a delivery or collection cannot be completed due to inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, or incorrect details, a call-out or return fee may apply.
6. Damage & Surfaces
We take care during placement but are not liable for damage when bins are placed at your request on driveways, lawns, or paved areas. Consider protective boards where appropriate.
