Refunds Policy
We aim to provide fair and transparent refund terms for our customers.
1. Eligibility
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds for bins that have been delivered, or where misuse has occurred (overloading, incorrect waste type, contamination).
2. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Failed Delivery/Collection
If delivery or collection is unsuccessful due to inaccurate details, unsafe site conditions, or inaccessibility, a call-out or service fee may apply. Additional charges may also apply for overweight or overfilled bins.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
Rescheduling within 24 hours of delivery time may incur a fee. We’ll always try to help where we can.
